The Scottish Government requires that each local education authority produces and submits a CLD plan every 3 years.  The plans describe how the education authority and their partners will meet their duties as per the Requirements for Community Learning and Development (Scotland) Regulations 2013.

This area is intended to provide some resources to assist with the creation of the workforce development sections of the CLD plans.
