I am looking to develop a new quality improvement toolkit for our lifelong learning and employability service.  I have a copy of the excellent Shetland Isles one but wondered if anyone else had similar ones they are willing to share, even if it is only the broad topic headings.  We really want a one stop shop which becomes the reference for all staff in the service who come from a variety of disciplines.
