Hello

I am currently involved in a working group focusing on Resource Deployment.

The group are tasked with looking at how to we ensure that the 'Team’s' resources are deployed to best effect within the policy context set by National Government and the Locality Outcomes Improvement Plan for Angus.

Just wondered if anyone has had any involvement in discussions of a similar nature?

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
