Hi, in the past few months my role has changed temporarily from working with Adult Learning to Youth Services within Renfrewshire Council. I am a member of our LGBT Charter Champions group, and hope to apply for Charter. I would be interested in starting a discussion with others who have experience or are thinking about setting up a LGBT Charter, as we are at the very early stages of this.

I am presently supporting a Rights Group here at Lossie high school and they are keep to find out more about what is involved. So we are just at the stage of getting info about the Charter, then hope to approach a local company for sponsorship to cover the cost.
V happy to hear others advice and share our experiences as we go through.

We're also at the very early stages of going for the Charter. We'll be spending more time on this once the conference is over - it'd be good to keep in touch about it :)
