I was asked to post a couple of links on a seminar i attended online. It was hosted by Learning Age Solutions through the Learning and Performance Institute.
Learning age solutions have developed a new Blended learning model (image attached) that can be found here - That is based on the Kirkpatrick model of evaluation.
The discussion was very theoretical but focused on a person centered approach to learning and how to design courses and material to make them engaging and accessible. there is a strong focus on changing the culture in organisations as well. the Kirkpatrick model has strong links to Harts ladder of participation and may be worth exploring in conjunction with it.
