Keeping a record of your professional learning and development activity allows you to review and monitor achievement of goals and carry out planning for future learning.
Also, you can be called, as part of a random sample, to submit the evidence of your professional learning and development and how you have summarised this and critically reflected on this with your manager and/or mentor. Therefore gathering evidence of professional learning and development and carrying out and recording critical reflection is essential.
