As part the Revisiting the 21st Century Public Servant project a set of coaching cards has been produced.
The deck includes:
- 5 challenge cards
- 10 characteristic cards
- 30 question cards
They have been designed to support self-reflection, mentoring and coaching or you can use them however you want. A few activity cards are included in case you would like some suggestions of how to use them.
